About the job:

As a Design Systems UI Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our UI components and design systems. Your focus will be on ensuring consistency, scalability and efficiency across all our design projects.

Requirements:

Develop and maintain the UI components and design systems used across our projects.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the design system meets their needs and is easy to use.
Document and communicate design system guidelines to the team and clients.
Continually iterate on the design system based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Ensure the design system scales effectively across different projects and platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in UI design and design systems.
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.
Strong understanding of UI design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and process.
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
A portfolio showcasing relevant skills.
