As an Email Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, designing and implementing email marketing strategies that align with our clients’ objectives and our company’s mission. You will work closely with clients and our team to create engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Requirements:
- Develop, design, and implement email marketing strategies that align with our clients’ objectives and our company’s mission.
- Design and build direct email marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and acquisition using tools such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose email marketing solutions.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Expert or in a similar role.
- Proficient in email marketing software and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them in email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
