Design/Content Production Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

A globally renowned outdoor sports brand is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator for a 6-month contract position. This role offers a 16-hour retainer with the potential for up to 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management/coordination, preferably in creative or digital projects. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements:

  • Manage and coordinate project meetings, including setting agendas, ensuring attendance, and distributing action items
  • Act as a single point of contact for team members, facilitating communication between teams
  • Review and distribute briefs and assets, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Track work progress and maintain up-to-date project statuses in Asana and MS Teams
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues within project briefs
  • Manage daily routines to ensure smooth project flow and timely deliveries
  • Conduct quality control checks on deliverables before distribution
  • Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workloads
  • Assist in asset management, including downloading images and removing backgrounds when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in creative or digital industries
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana and MS Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice-to-Haves

  • PMP or Agile certifications
  • Experience with creative software and asset management
  • Familiarity with the fashion or outdoor industry
